• Wardrobe
• Dressing table

💰 Rental:

• $900 for 1 pax
• $450 per pax for 2 pax sharing
• $900 deposit will be collected and can be used to offset the last month of stay

• Washing of clothes allowed
• Common toilet provided
• Light cooking allowed (eg. boiling hot water, instant noodles)

• No smoking
• No drinking
