The room (1,200 sgd) comes fully furnished with plenty of wardrobe space and a bright, clean layout. You’ll also have access to an additional study room - which can be exclusively yours if you’d like a dedicated WFH/study space.

A few things we genuinely love about living here: • One of the nicest parks in Singapore — Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park — is literally right behind us (yes, with the McDonald’s 🍟) • Really nice gym downstairs • Tons of food options nearby + a cheap market and FairPrice within walking distance • Only 2 bus stops to Junction 8 / Bishan MRT Station

The apartment itself is spacious, warm, and very homey and shared with respectful housemates. Available early July onwards, 2 year lease (pending reduction to 1).

We’re 2 friends (a guy and a girl) mid-20s, both Yale-NUS graduates now working. You’ll be sharing the common bathroom with a girl, so we expect a respectful individual. We’re generally very chill and easy going.
