The appartement is a duplex in a landed property so it’s not a condo). The place is very spacious (more than 100m2) in 4 lv and you will have your own room with a king bed size. The whole apartment is fully furnished and have some space for you to put furnitures or activity. You can stay up to 2 persons in the room without extra charge (the price is nett). The area is in a housing area so it’s quiet but not far from the mrt (serangoon and Bartley) and nex.

I’m looking for someone to replace me for the room I’m staying in the apartment, since I’m planning to move out July 2020 to another country. If you are going to stay here, you will live with my friend who is super friendly and nice. I know him more than 4 years so I know you will be in a good hands.
