No owner. As I’m allergic most of them. Been staying as Main tenant for past 7yrs. Owner hardly comes by. As I maintained handle most of things. So I can provide rest of my housemates with ample privacy and personal space.

I do most of maintenance n upkeeping when I’m around. Rest of msian housemate just need to keep after themselves and enjoy their day peacefully.
