• $80/week housekeeping (rooms included) shared between housemates on rotation basis. i.e. if there are 4 of us, you’d be paying $80/month

This is a beautiful penthouse on the top (5th) floor of a quiet condo complex.

• 5 mins walk to Eunos MRT station, only 20-30 minutes from both Changi Airport and the CBD by MRT

• Gym and swimming pool

• Comes with high-speed wifi and washer, but no dryer (yet)

• Cooking is OK, baking is OK, guests are OK, a reasonable amount of noise is OK

• Utilities and cleaning fees are split equally by number of tenants in the house. We have a weekly cleaner who cleans the whole house on Sunday mornings.

• Surrounded by amenities (wet market, hawker center, 3 supermarkets, and more)

For sizing purposes, all rooms in the house can fit both a queen bed and a gaming desk for PC and dual-screen set up.
