It is also an 8 min walk from Outram Park MRT. It is close to many bus stops, 24-hr eateries and grocery stores. Located next to Spottiswoode Park and Everton park with a lot of lovely cafes and food stalls.

This house is currently shared with 2 working professionals, both are really cool people and clean up after themselves. One of them works in a biotech startup while the other is a videographer. They love to host and are friendly are chatty. No restrictions on who you can bring and what you can cook!
