About the roomies
I’ll likely be returning to China in early May after my graduate, so I’m looking for tenants to take over the rooms. The landlord has already agreed to the subletting arrangement. Roommate left is a NUS master student who is tidy and nice to deal with. Please note: the whole unit is not available. Only one room will be rented out, and either the master room or the common room can be offered. The other room will remain occupied by the current tenant.
