About the room
The block is a 10-12 minute walk from Yishun MRT station or two bus stops away.
You will be the only person other than myself in the apartment.
The room is spacious. It’s furnished with a Super Single bed and mattress, air conditioning, large wardrobe, standing fan, study desk and chair.
This is a non-halal household. Light cooking allowed – instant noodles, air frying, heating things in the oven, boiling water. Also included: hi-speed wifi, cleaning once every two weeks, air con maintenance twice a year.
The unit is on the second level. The apartment is located in a bustling local town with plenty of local food options and mini-marts so it’s super convenient to get food or toiletries.
About the roomies
I’m a professional female in my 40’s, Singaporean. I’m the only person living here and I work from home. I value quiet, considerate and neat people. I welcome international students, expats and LGBTQ+.
I use the living room to do yoga and will occasionally conduct private and small group classes.
My partner will stay over on the weekend but we mostly stay in the rooms. I have teenage children who live overseas and will occasionally visit me - they will sleep in the study or my room and share the toilet with you when they’re here.
