Hey fellas! I own a 2-bedroom HDB apartment (3rm) at Potong Pasir. The whole space has been renovated just last year (July 2025). I occupy the master bedroom and the common bedroom is currently occupied by my tenant (male). However, he is moving back to his home country by mid May 2026. So I’m looking for a replacement. After he leaves, I will be the only one occupying the whole space (689 sqft). Occasionally my parents visit me and stay in my house for a couple of months at a time, maximum twice a year.

The room is furnished with queen sized storage bed and mattress, and a wardrobe, and of course an AC unit. It’s a relatively big sized room compared to what you typically see now in a lot of Singapore homes. You are free to use the kitchen at any time.

I’m a 38-yr old man working in IT industry. I’m young at heart :D .. I work Sundays to Wednesdays. That means Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays are always free time for me. During these times, I would just chill at home playing video games, go to gym, and sometimes cook. Occasionally I would go to visit new places in Singapore, or just go to some interesting restaurants and cafes, anywhere I can do people-watching :) I occasionally travel overseas, too.
