Condo is right next to Yishun Stadium, fully equipped with facilities like BBQ pits, a gym and a newly-renovated pool.
Landlord is not staying on site, it’s pretty chill with no weird rules. Cooking is welcome and so are visitors, just clean up after yourself, be considerate and be responsible.
Internet is included and bills are split evenly, will also account for when you’re not around (holidays etc.) so no worries there too.
Landlord is my family friend, and she prefers female co-tenants. The co-tenants will share a bathroom.
I’m an incoming NUS postgrad student (male) and sometimes my girlfriend will be over, we’ll be cooking a fair bit and we’re chill with hanging out here and there. We’ve made great friends with the past tenants and hope we can do the same for future ones too!
