Charley’s and Lou ‘s independent living I have a five bedroom two full bath rooms to share. I have two single rooms which are private. There is free Internet cable TV. I supply three full meals a day which are free they come with water. This is a no smoking home only in the patio area. Each new tenant will receive a free set of sheets. One set up towels, free, toothbrush, free toothpaste I give out two bars of soap weekly. There is washing available with dry included. This is also free to use. I also supply free laundry soap. There is to be no cooking on the premises other than use of microwave food there is two microwaves. There are two day rooms also two kitchen areas. There is no visiting only residence. There is no parking than street parking the day room closes down nightly at 12 PM until 5 Am “ my home is very manageable. Very well manage great neighborhood bus line is near.
