About the room
Hello!
I am renting out my room in the basement of a house, where a nice Singaporean family of 3 lives as I will leave Singapore earlier than planned but have 1 month left on contract. Longer stay than 1 month is ok, but will have to be negotiated with landlord.
About the property: Gated houses Own entrance through garage Outside pool Free laundry Free room cleaning on daily basis AC Utilities included Furnished with large wardrobe, desk, shelves and a bed Cooking possible in upstairs kitchen Very accommodating landlord
2 min walk to 7/11 and other restaurant open almost 24/7 5 min walk to west coast park, with a 24/7 McDonalds and out doors gym 10 min walk to NUS Campus (business school is closest) 15 min walk to west coast plaza shopping centre 20 min walk to Utown or PGPR 20 min bus to Vivo City mall.
Please give me a text if you are interested. I am flexible with the move in and out date as well.
About the roomies
Friendly family of 3, but you will have your own floor (basement floor) and not disturbed by them. The maid also lives on this floor but is mostly upstairs to tend to the house.
