Rooftop (upper floor) and balcony (lower floor) can be used, as well as kitchen, living room, washing machine, home office.
Condo Pool and Gym are included and can be used.
Cost for electricity and water will be split.
Max 2 tenants, room is available from 1st October 2026.
I personally stay on the lower floor and travel frequently.
