Listing a room for a female tenant in our new condo apartment @ 1100 SGD/mth (utilities/internet included, up to $100) along Yishun Street 51. It’s on the second floor with a direct pool view, and is the nicest common room in the house. There are plenty of amenities and transport options within and around the condo, such as:

• 4 swimming pools of various sizes, gym room, BBQ pits.
• Wisteria Mall within walking distance. It has everything needed for daily living, such as Fairprice Extra, dining options (Burger King, Saizeriya, Mixue, Koufu), dental clinics, GP clinics, etc.
• 24/7 Shengsiong supermarket within walking distance.
• Several foodcourts within walking distance.
• Two bus stops with good connectivity to Khatib (nearest MRT) with 10 minutes, Yishun/Northpoint Mall within 15 minutes, Punggol within 30 minutes, IKEA Tampines within 45 minutes. There’s also CityDirect bus 850E that goes directly to/from CBD during weekdays.
• Plenty of greenery nearby, since the condo is right next to the Seletar Reservoir.
