I am looking for flatmate(s) to share this two-bedroom apartment. It has a very spacious living room and is centrally located in the CBD area- about 5 minutes’ walk to Raffles Place, Robertson quay, china town, City Hall.

Each room has its own toilet and fully furnished. The master room is more spacious and the couple is welcome. The junior room is an option for the single stay only.
The junior room is 1.5k sgd and the Master room is 1.8k for a couple, with single stay, the discounted rate will be given. We share the electricity bill and wifi.
Only one room to rent out, I will be your flatmate by taking another room.

I am a Shanghainese lady in my early 30s and work as a professional in Raffles Place. I do reading and movie watching during my weekend. I will be your only flatmate to share this spacious apartment. looking forward to finding someone who respects and take care of the place as his/her own place
