Hi there! We’ve got an available large room coming up by end April 2026, located at a very strategic location for amenities, transportation, and food! No landlord staying too. About the place:

• Large unit ~1200 square ft with 3 rooms & 3 bathrooms. Kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, and fridge, there are other appliances available provided by the tenants which is open for you to use as well. Lots of cabinetry if you are bringing your own cutlery and crockery.
• Washing machine and dryer included
• Living area with a sofa set, coffee table, TV and console
• Full dining table set
• Several shoe racks available for your shoes.
• About the room: Ensuite with bathroom attached. Room is equipped with large in-built wardrobe, work desk, chair, and queen bed frame (bed can be bought over).
• Rules: Nothing weird, just help to maintain the place. Visitors are allowed. Cooking as well.
• Utilities: Electricity and water are shared amongst the tenants (avg. 100 SGD estimated per head per month). Internet is fixed at ~15 SGD per head per month. Aircon servicing is conducted once a quarter typically, which is around 20 SGD per unit (normal servicing not special services).
• Cleaning: It’s on us to keep things tidy and clean, especially food scraps etc. But we do engage a cleaner to clean the entire place 2x a month at 50 SGD per session. Location:
• Condo building that also has retail shops in the ground floor (eateries, 7/11, Coffee Bean, Watsons).
• Facilities: gymnasium, small pool and jacuzzi, badminton court.
• Tanjong Pagar MRT is just at your doorstep.
• Walking distance to Fairprice, Tanjong Pagar Plaza, 100 AM mall, Icon Village, small recreational park, McDonald’s
• Around 10 minutes walk to the centre of CBD, so location is unmatched!

Housemates are all male working professionals who are chill, flexible, easy going folks. Mostly keep to ourselves but don’t mind helping out one another.
