Hi!

I am looking for a single professional to rent my gorgeous and very comfortable master bedroom (with a huge and very nice attached private bathroom) with a queen-sized bed in this cozy apartment in the city centre - for more information on the exact location or more photos of the premise, this can be provided upon booking confirmation or you may send me a message instead.

Rental period: 4 September 2025 - 7 October 2025 (check-in and check-out date is flexible, we can discuss this).

2,000 SGD per/month, utilities and everything else included. Housekeeping: I have a cleaner who comes every Tuesday to clean the common areas (not the room).

My place is amazing. I love it and I’m sure you will too.

I am subletting out my master bedroom because I’ll be traveling during these dates. I am looking for someone whom I can trust 120% +, a responsible person who can help “take care” of my room while I’m gone and treat it with the respect it deserves. I will not rent it out to you if you’re an unorganised, irresponsible and unhygienic - Sorry! :)

•Light cooking allowed 🍳(there’s an oven, microwave but no toaster nor coffee machine, sorry!) Plenty of bakeries nearby so it’s not a big problem. •Visitors and friends not allowed •Amazing Pool Facing bedroom 🙂, very bright and sunny!🏊🏻‍♂️👙

There is a rooftop in my condominium that you have access to as well - the view is amazing. You even get to see the full moon from my windows every other night :)

• Condo facilities includes: swimming pool, tennis court, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, karaoke, BBQ pits etc… • Less than 2 mins walk (like literally) from the condominium to the metro (just opposite)👍🏻 • 2 stops to City Hall mrt station; 3 stops to Raffles Place; very close to Orchard • Direct buses and public transport to town: Very convenient 🙂 • Short walking distance to the mall, various supermarket and eateries near the condominium
