MALAY couple owners renting out our Common Room for single tenant in Tampines West area. Furnished with single bed, wardrobe and high speed ceiling fan (provided). Aircon is optional (can be discussed). Light cooking is possible. Laundry use is optional also. No visitors allowed as we are MALAY MUSLIM owners who need to have peaceful and quiet environment to relax and release stress and tension from daily work jobs.

Easy going and friendly owners. Open to making friends for talking. Only husband and wife staying in the house. We do not disturb your living environment unless necessarily important to discuss on some small matters.
