Toa Payoh Central

We have two common rooms available at 79E Toa Payoh Central, with the following amenities:

• 5-minute walk to Toa Payoh MRT (which is close to Bishan, Dhoby Ghaut, City Hall etc).
• 24/7 Giant Supermarket just 200m away.
• 2 different Fairprice supermarkets, one right above MRT station, the other about 500m away.
• 10-minute walk to Active SG gym and community pool.
• Many hawker centers and food courts in the area, including one right beside the block.

Cooking is allowed, as long as you clean up after yourselves. Washing machine/refrigerator are readily available. The unit is high up on the 13th floor, one floor above Central Horizon Sky Garden.

Move-in date is 1st August onwards.

My wife and I take up the master room. I’m a senior software engineer at a MNC, my wife is in Singapore on dependent pass. I have stayed in Singapore for close to 12 years.
