Perfectly located right next to the Commonwealth MRT station, with easy access to a 24-hour Sheng Siong right downstairs, plenty of affordable food options (and upscale ones at nearby Holland Village), and verdant running trails with the Railway Corridor right behind. The room is clean and bright, with plenty of natural light, suitably furnished for a single occupant.
Minimum tenure is 6 months, though ideally a longer stay of 12 or 24 months would be preferred to minimise disruption. Deposit amount can be negotiated.
Kitchen is available for shared use, but preferably light cooking only to maintain cleanliness.

2 guys who are working professionals with diverse cultural backgrounds. All in our 30s (i.e. the best time of our lives!) — book-lovers, music enthusiasts, culture vultures who are happy to give each other plenty of space to be and to rest. Cleanliness is absolutely non-negotiable.
