Common room available for rent from mid August 2026 to 14 July 2027. A total of 5 tenants (including you) in the flat. You will be sharing the common bathroom with two other female tenants.

The room is furnished with a single bed, portable aircon, ceiling light & standing fan, computer table & chair, desk light, open concept wardrobe & lots of storage. The flat is furnished with water heater, washing machine & dryer.

Flat is near to plenty of amenities such as:

-PRIME & GIANT supermarkets -Pioneer Mall -NTI Food court (late night food options) -NTU -Coffee shops -Minimarts -24 hours McDonald’s -Nearest MRT: Pioneer -20min bus ride to Jurong Point & Boon Lay MRT -Jurong West Sports & Recreation Centre -Nanyang Community Club

Light cooking is fine, just required to take good care of kitchen items and clean up after. We are fine with visitors as well, as long as you notify us beforehand. No overnight visitors

Looking for someone who is respectful, clean, hygienic and most importantly, dog friendly as there is a small dog living in the flat.

SGD$650 per month excluding utilities, WiFi and occasional shared apartment cleaning fees. It’s a good deal!

Required: 2 months safety deposit = 2 months rent. Safety deposit will be returned at the end of lease to ensure room/items are kept in good condition
