Hello, our lovely flattie is leaving us so we have a huge master bedroom with attached bathroom/bathtub for rent at 1700 SGD (+ bills, WiFi and cleaning fees, around 100 bucks per month). Condo comes with swimming pool, gym and it’s located in Orchard/Somerset, behind Emerald hill, conveniently located near cool bars and way too many shopping malls. MRT is only 5-10 mins walk from home and 2-3 stops to CBD (City hall/Raffles place).

You will live with friendly two girls (Australian and Mauritian) in their late 20s. The 3 bedroom flat is spacious (110 sq+) and breezy, you will love our plants and our attempt to save them. We don’t really cook so the fully equipped kitchen is yours (or you can teach us).

We are looking for a friendly and fuss-free flat mate. Boys and girls are welcome, preferable someone who has stable job and who can commit for at least 1 year.

There are no specific rules in the house, visitors are allowed, we are chill to dine, drink and party together but we also respect each other’s personal space.

Room available as from the 2nd week of August.

We are not the best photographers so come and visit if you are interested! Oh and give us a short intro about yourself :)
