Hi everyone,

I’m living with 2 other housemates, both in their early 30s. One is getting married and moving out to stay so one of the rooms will be available soon.

We’re looking for 1 person to take up the room as we like this place and would rather stay on instead of moving out (She moves out in Aug’20). Here are some details:

• Master Room: taken by me (Malaysian Chinese male, early 30s, Singaporean PR)
• Common room 1: Taken by a Japanese male in his early 30s, clean and friendly guy
• Common room 2: The available one
• We don’t smoke
• Our fridge is always stocked up with food and snacks
• You will be sharing the bathroom with the housemate in common room 1
• There’s a gym, swimming pool, tennis court, other facilities
• 5 minutes walk to Boon Keng (purple line)
• 5 minutes walk to KFC/McDonalds and lots of other food
• Your room has a built in wardrobe, and can fit a queen size bed (there is one there already if you’d like to take over this, if not we can get rid of it and you’ll have to bring your own bed in)

Master Room - I’m a Chinese Malaysian male, age 32, professional working in Raffles Place in the finance industry. Usually out on weekends back to my hometown in KL, or visiting friends in Johor. Play weekly futsal, and the rest of the time I’m playing games in my room (yes, I’m a ‘semi-hardcore’ gamer)

Common Room 1 - A young 30 year old Japanese male, friendly and clean, speaks good English. Sometimes his Japanese girlfriend stays over, friendly as well. Plays futsal, loves to cook (good Japanese food!).
