Hello! About the condo, well it sits at the top of St. Thomas Walk, with views of Orchard Road’s bustle and River Valley’s serenity. The living area has floor-to-ceiling windows and an open backed kitchen/utility area, so it’s always filled with light and a nice cross-breeze.

The condo itself is nearly 1300 sq ft, with a large living room and a good sized kitchen. Behind that is the utilities area, with an attached maid/storage room, as well as an extra washroom.

The bus stops (5–6 mins walk) connect to Orchard, Fort Canning MRT, and Great World MRT. Somerset MRT is about 10 minutes away via quiet, tree-lined streets—nice for walking. There are lots of eateries along Killiney road, and a 24hr Fairprice is also a short walk away.

The room for you is a large common room, with a view down the leafy St Thomas Walk. It will be furnished with a queen sized bed, but you are welcomed to bring your own furniture if so desired.

I have been at this property for almost 4 years to date. I am in the civil service, while the other roomies is in the healthcare industy. We also have a cute toy poodle living with us. The atmosphere is very laid back, there are no hard rules as long as common sense prevails, and everyone is respectful of each other.
