European expat/Singaporean couple looking for a flatmate to share this brand new living space. Principal Garden has just been TOP, meaning that constructions has recently been completed and permit to living has just been given.
You will be the very first one staying in this place.
We’re currently furnishing the apartment (2 bedroom) as our move-in date will be 1st June 2019.
The room has a brand new queen size bed. Your own bathroom is just right in front of the room: you can consider it like a master (refer to the floor plan picture).
Internet features a 1Gbps line.
Place is full of facilities with 5 swimming pools, jacuzzi, infinity skypool, tennis court, huge gym, barbecue pits all around, study rooms etc.
Principles Garden is conveniently located 10 minutes walk from Redhill MRT and just 10 minutes from city center (Raffles MRT). Bus station is also just in front of the condo. Closest FairPrice is 5 minutes walk from the place.
No weird rules here! Just don’t burn down the place, ok?
We will prefer an outgoing professional, keen on grabbing a beer after a shitty day or ready to party on Friday night : )
