I have a spacious room for rent in the Marine Parade area. It is a 3-bedroom Condo at the Medley.

Comes with one queen size bed, study table, leather gaming/work chair, built-in wardrobe, washer/dryer and fridge and also has a car space if you drive.

And all bills included (Fortnightly cleaning, Electricity, water and gas + air con servicing).

Has a full sized gas/induction stove & oven kitchen for cooking - cooking allowed. And no landlord staying.

Has a big bomb shelter space for additional storage.

The Condo is at Telok Kurau on the east coast. Has a nice pool and gym.

Quiet, private, away from the main road, but only 5mins walk to the a main bus stop which has quite a number of direct buses to the city and around Singapore. 10mins walk to either Kembangan or Eunos MRT station. A number of eateries (some open 24hrs), and places to do grocery shopping.

5mins walk to park connector where you can walk/run/cycle to East Coast Park beach.

Share with one Australian Expat (PR 44yrs old) and one British Expat (PR 36yrs old), we like to keep the place clean and tidy and both work in the Technology field and are PR’s in Singapore for many years.

We also respect each others privacy and peace, but happy to scocialise.
