We are friendly flat owners but believe in having our own space. Looking for single occupancy female tenant only. Room size is decent. Our previous tenant moved out of Singapore for work therefore we are looking for a new tenant. We hope to find someone who will keep their room and bathroom clean. We respect privacy.
