Hi! I’m looking for a female professional to take over a spacious ensuite master bedroom in a peaceful condo apartment in Telok Kurau.

This is a clean, calm and well-loved home. The room comes with your own private bathroom, and the apartment has been newly renovated with quality fixtures and thoughtfully chosen furniture. There is no owner staying, so it’s a comfortable setup if you’re looking for privacy, independence and a place you can really settle into.

It’s an all-female home, and the current flatmates are pleasant, respectful and easy to live with. The space would suit someone who is tidy, considerate and values a quiet home environment.

Telok Kurau is a lovely area if you like somewhere quieter, while still being close to cafés, food and everyday conveniences.

The nearest bus stops are just about 20 metres away, so getting around is very easy. The park connector is also nearby and takes you towards East Coast Park, which is great for weekend walks, cycling or getting some fresh air.

You’ll also be close to Katong and Joo Chiat, with plenty of cafés, local eateries and shops. Marine Parade and Siglap are also easy to get to.
