Utilities will be about $150 - $200 a month, including: Internet, electricity/water/gas, weekly full house cleaning and laundry folding/ironing

There will be 2 other roommates, very lovely and considerate Japanese ladies in their mid-20s. They both each have their own rooms, and you will be sharing the bathroom with one lady

Landlord will require 2 months’ safety deposit ($2660), to be returned upon end of tenancy

Lease ends 31st March 2020, but can be renewed if you wish to stay on (we have renewed for many years with the landlord since 2014)
