hi all. i have common bedroom for two bedroom hdb unit. looking for someone to share hdb two bedroom in clementi. 9 min walk to clementi mrt and theres a bus to clementi mrt and nearby is clementi pcn so you can jog or cycle.

Looking for solo (couple or two person considered),so only two persons share. less crowded, so you dont have to fight for space 🙂.

Can Register your Address to hdb, and I need a long term tenant for a year to commit.

Huge tv with apple tv for your entertainment. ✅ queen bedframe for both common anc master. ✅ Visitors allowed, preferably to stay inside room if its for extended long duration. or you can talk to me if you need special arrangement of living room usage. overnight need to discuss first but im ok and easy going. ✅ You will get your own toilet. ✅ Suitable for those who work or study near NUS or Ngee Ann poly. got a shuttle bus to clementi mrt that run in 5-7 min interval within walking distance. ✅ Storage room to share with ample space.

1 month deposit. for one years contract. or we can negotiate something.

u can choose common room 1300 with own toilet. or master room for 1500. if you want it to be cheaper we can discuss on which privilege that you dont require, such as cooking or usage of living room.

im an IT staff working in polytechnic. pretty chilled and flexible in terms of living arrangements. i like to have a place called home where you can live freely but with boundaries that makes sense.

im ok with being social or if you prefer to keep it to yourself im ok too. i prefer environment thats less crowded. and generally clean but not overly ocd.
