Super convenient location, 3-5 min walk to Simei MRT / Eastpoint Mall (24 hours big NTUC Fairprice, Daiso, Popular Bookstore, Music School, Malaysian food court - Penang Char Kway Teow, Chendol, Assam Laksa, etc.). Tons of foods available there, and right opposite the block, there’s a nice eatery, noodles, stir fried dishes, etc. Bus stop is right in front of the block.
If you are working in CBD area, total MRT travel time is only 22 min.
For those of you who are into fitness, there’s a 24 hour gym at the Eastpoint Mall, and also right opposite the block, there’s also a gym at Community Centre.
