Fully-furnished room: 1 single bed $800 respective mattress (exclude bedlinens, pillows, bolsters, blankets etc). No rooms face the corridor. Maximum 5 persons in 5 room flat.
Room come with air conditioning (serviced twice a year), fan, wardrobe, bedside table, writing desk and chair. Security CCTV in living room and front door only.
Shared WIFI, toilet, refrigerator, television, washer, clothes drying rack, iron & ironing board, dining area, kitchen, utensils INcluded.
Fortnightly cleaning on Sunday INcluded, no replacements if missed.
Utilities (Electricity, Water & Gas) bill shared per month. SP services bill is provided as charged.

It’s smoke-free for the whole unit.
Laundry machine (excluding detergent etc) is available twice a week based on schedule. Please collect clothes from both racks by 0700 next day.
Please throw own trash into the central rubbish chute and wash own dishes from the kitchen.
Quiet times 2200 till 0700 hours daily. Air Con can be switched on for same time only. Please be present when utilities are being used.
Please LOCK main door/gate after each use. For shared areas, please wipe/clean after each use.
No cooking is allowed, EXCEPT for air fryer, baking, steaming & boiling water. Wash, dry & keep utensils back in kitchen cabinets after use.
Please inform in advance in group chat of potential guest visits. Visitors cannot stay overnight.
