Great big room with everything you need! Aircon, queen size bed with new mattress, ceiling fan, desk, double wardrobe… You name it! You have your own bathroom not to be shared with anybody. We have a maid that will keep the house clean, the only shared expenses are electricity and water (around 80$/month total). Can cook, as long as you are clean! Singles only, no couples!

ONLY SHORT TERM JUNE/JULY!

Quiet area, 5 min walking distance to NUS campus and 24h convenience stores.

We are a couple, going on holiday and leaving the room free to be used… So all up to you!
