• MRT: 5-10 mins walk to Siglap MRT (opening in June) or 2 stops to Bedok MRT
• Bus: Bus stop right outside, direct bus connections to town CBD or green line stations
• Pool: Lovely pool!
• BBQ: V nice BBQ area available on demand
• Tennis courts (including practice court), squash, gym, even an outdoor fitness centre
• Area: a 5 minute walk to east coast park via an underpass.

I’m a 37 year old film maker based in Singapore for around 10 years. I direct and produce TV and video content and travel a lot - at least 50%. I’m a very chilled guy, into music, super active, and a massive foodie. Looking for someone similarly chilled to share my place with. Thanks!
