Also have a common room for rent (has one single bed, but can provide a queen bed on request if 2 persons sharing). Single person at $1900, 2 persons at $2200.

Utilities shared equally by number of tenants, landlord not staying.

Currently noone living, maybe some in future. Looking for tenants wanting to rent 1 year or less. Maybe able to accommodate more depending on tenant profile.
