Room for rent in Jurong East. 10 min walk to Chinese Garden MRT, lots of nearby direct buses to Boon Lay, Lakeside, Jurong East, Clementi, Buona Vista, Serangoon, Beauty World, Orchard, City Hall, Bayfront… Great amount of amenities nearby (Yuhua Place, Yuhua Village) including Fairprice, food centers, wet markets and many others.
The room itself has a queen size bed and the common area is pretty large. Cooking allowed in the shared kitchen. Bathroom is shared with one other roommate.
Looking for single tenant (no couples) for at least 6 months.
About the roomies
The two current tenants are both male professionals in their 30s. One is a French researcher at NTU, other is a Bhutanese physician at NTFGH. We often enjoy sharing a drink once in a while and sometimes having guests for dinner.
