About the unit: its a 3 bedroom rental unit(in the east coast, 10min walk from Kembangan mrt) >1000sqft with ample space and storage in each room. There are 2 large balconies and 2 washrooms and I’m the only one staying until my fiancee comes over later half of the year, so open to having friends until then who can take other room(s). The house is fully equipped with everything that’s needed for a decent living ^^ There are no weird house rules as long as you’re clean and responsible and honest! Update: Its a few months old post, both the rooms were taken already but one girl in the common room is moving out as she owns a house now and will be moving there.

Currently I’m staying in the master room. I’m a consultant(Indian) in my early 30s and hoping to find someone like minded and clean person. I like to socialize sometimes and can have chit-chats over coffee\meals\drinks, but I also respect everyone’s personal space.

One common room is occupied by another Indian professional in early 30s working as IT professional(likely to move out in a month or two as he has marriage plans)

The other common room where Singaporean girl was living with her two cats is going to be vacant as she will be moving in her own bought house.
