Looking for a female student or working professional who can continue to rent a common room (HDB, no landlord, detached toilet) at Boon Keng. Current contract period is from mid-May to mid-Dec 2024. For working professionals, ideally can continue for a year or 2.

Boon Keng is a convenient location and accessible to the ff:

• Orchard (15-20 mins)
• Suntec/MBS area (~30 mins)
• Tanjong Pagar/Telok Ayer/Raffles (~30-40 mins) Also accessible to Lavender, Farrer Park, Little India. MRT station (Purple Line) is also just <5 mins away.

Costs:

• Rent: $1,150/mth for the current leasing period (15 May to 14 Dec 2024)
• Utilities: ~$80/mth
• Deposit: $575 for the current leasing period
• Tenant to bring her own desk and chair

Cooking and visitors are allowed as long as we agree on certain arrangements.

Only other tenant in the unit is myself:

• Filipino working professional based in SG.
• Current master tenant of the unit
