Dev's room

There are 3 common rooms and 1 masterbedroom. I will be staying at masterbedroom . So I want to rent out 3 common rooms. 2pax in 2 common rooms, and 3 pax in another common room

Preference: females, malaysians Aircon/wifi included Available from 1st May

Rent: $700/pax

It will be good to have nurses as tenants, if possible My area is abt 5mins walk to boonlay interchange and Jurong point. There are buses that goes to the interchange as well.

Currently, no roomies yet. I’m the landlord. Easy going. Won’t be a disturbance.
