This is a 2 bed 1 bath condo unit (Suites @ Sims) located along Sims Avenue, which is about 5-10 mins from both Paya Lebar MRT and Aljunied MRT stations. Nearby amenities include supermarkets, food centres / hawkers, gyms etc all within walking distance. There are 6 malls near Paya Lebar MRT (i.e. 5-10 min walk away). Visitors and light cooking is allowed. The room is currently unfurnished but I am happy to discuss on what furnishings you may require and cover the reasonable cost of such furnishings (i.e. you get a say in choosing your furniture!) Room is available for rent for 1 to 2 years.
