Move in is flexible beginning of April and the lease is up untill December and then it can be renewed. The condo is located right opposite the Eunos MRT, so a very convenient commute to the CBD area. It is also a 10min walk to Paya Lebar station and the malls around it. Plenty of bus stops, and coffee shops nearby along with a fairpirce, and a 7/11 is located right below. All the common areas are fully furnished and the apartment has a washer/dryer as well. The condo also has two swimming pools, a gym, and a tennis court. The apartment is on a high floor so it is very bright, airy, and quiet. The rent is $2,000/month, and you will be sharing the apartment with me.
