Alvin's room

The room is a common room in our HDB unit on a high floor in Holland Village. The room is fully-furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, and AC. Rent is $1200 (excluding PUB and Wifi— will be shared equally among 3 housemates). The unit is 5-7 mins walk to Holland Village MRT and is just minutes away by foot to numerous food courts, restaurants, cafes, Fair Price Finest, CS Fresh, Virgin Active, and other amenities. The unit is clean, spacious, bright, and breezy.

The unit is available starting 1 May 2024. The lease ends in September 2024 and is renewable for 1-2 more years. The rental rate may be adjusted by the landlord based on the market rate in September. We are looking for a housemate who intends to stay long term.

Strictly no smoking and no pets allowed.

We are twin brothers working in the music education industry looking for ONE housemate (no couples, preferably male, working professional) to occupy the third common bedroom in our 3 bedroom HDB in the heart of Holland Village.
