Connectivity is amazing by bus anyway, and I take 10, 12, 14, 16, 32, 48, 135 a lot in my time in Katong, loved for clear blue skies and the beach in 10min :)

Rent ($1,300 negotiable) includes utilities, wifi, and cleaning twice weekly.

Moving out because my partner and I are renting a whole apartment elsewhere super nearby (I do love the location).

Housemates are the chillest - there’s the master tenant (chill Msian dude in his 40s who’s lived here for over a decade and his SG Special doggy), and a Singaporean hetero couple who shares the common bathroom. Common bathroom is always clean and used considerately.
