Place comes with a washer/dryer, a PS5, and a giant hammock. Cooking is fine. No landlord staying (I’ve only met the guy once in 2 years tbh)

If you’re hungry at night, there’s a 24/7 FairPrice a few minutes down the street plus all the food options of River Valley (including a great duck noodle shop). Walk to Robertson Quay for a drink at Boomerang or Kanpai, or go down the river to Boat Quay.

There’s 4 of us in our late 20s/early 30s. Three are in FNB, and two are bartenders at restaurants you’ve probably heard of. It’s perfect if you WFH since you’ll have the place to yourself during the day.

Do whatever you want and have anyone over. We’re also very social, so expect some dinner parties and house parties - or host your own.
