My dad is the owner of this house. He is a handyman himself. So he is taking good care of the house. Prefer no cooking. Just renting the master bedroom. Tenant needs to take care of their airconditioning unit and own rm toilet. Current tenant is a Msian couple who has found jobs in Changi area so need to move out. They have been staying with my dad since 2017. About 5-6 years now….They are really nice tenants to have. Never once bothered my dad. My dad is friendly accomodating.
