Location is at Bukit Panjang, with a short 5 min walk to Bangkit LRT station. Bus stop nearest to house has direct buses (972/972M) to town and can reach in just 30-45 mins if there is no traffic jam

COST BREAKDOWN: Rent + S&CC bill: $562.50 Wifi: $15 /month Utilites: Will be split equally. We doubt it will cost you around $30/month but it really depends on our usage. For transparency, we paid ~$10/month the last few months Rental Payment: Every 1st of the month (Late payment will result in eviction) Deposit: $550

Roommate will NOT be home on the weekends and not as often during holidays, so you’ll get the room to yourself during these periods!

NOTE: Once you confirm that you want to move in, we will dismantle the brown wardrobe in the picture to make space for you! There is a plug on the side on the wall so you do not have to share sockets with roommate

You’ll be sharing a whole unit with 3 other people (Couple in master bedroom and female roommate in the common room)

All of us are under 30, most of the time, we’re either at school/work. We generally keep to ourselves so if you want privacy we will respect that. We occasionally play video games (Overcooked) and there are 2 Nintendo Switches in the house so feel free to join us if you love games too!

Also we have 2 little Syrian hamsters named Toastie and Hazel so feel free to play with them when theyre awake! Unfortunately we cant have bigger pets (we tried asking our landlord, believe me T.T)
