Due to business relocation, I have to move out and I’m looking for 01 tenant to rent my common room with the details as follows:

Whole unit: 1365 sq ft, spacious & quiet. 📌 Very convenient: 5min to Pioneer mall (Giant hypermarket, Koptitiam, Anytime Fitness, McDonald 24hrs) & Jurong West hawker center 📌 Opp NTI food court, wet market, Nanyang CC. Opp Jurong West stadium 📌 Bus stops right below the block, with Direct bus going to Boonlay MRT/ bus interchange (5min), Pioneer MRT (1 stop), NTU (2 stops). 7-10 mins walking to Pioneer mrt 📌 Light cooking allowed 📌 Fully furnished rooms (with aircon, working desk & ergonomic chair, queenside bed, wardrobe) 📌 Price: SGD900/month inclusive of wifi (very strong) and utilities & cleaning services (bi-weekly) (capped at 100$/ room on average) 📌 Preferred only 1 single working male accepted. Preferably Chinese Malaysian/ Vietnamese Note: Minimum 1 year contract. 1 month deposit required.

You will be staying with 1 Nepalese, 1 Malaysian, and 1 Vietnamese. Staying with landlord (Vietnamese guy) who is my friend, very kind and not nosy at all. I would have stayed if my job doesn’t change.
