Welcome to our inviting home! Offering two common rooms in a spacious 5-room (4BR+1LR) HDB unit (with no landlords), our unit exudes cleanliness and consideration. With a master room occupied by a friendly couple and another common room shared by two respectful gentlemen, our environment fosters harmony and camaraderie. Of course, full cooking is allowed (as long as you clean the kitchen space afterwards) and all of us enjoy cooking from time to time.

The property boasts well-maintained common areas and a shared toilet, ensuring comfort and convenience for all residents. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, you’ll enjoy easy access to amenities and transportation, making it a practical and enjoyable living experience.

We’re a group of hygienic and considerate professional expats, who prioritize harmonious living. Our current residents include a friendly couple occupying the master room and two gentlemen sharing another common room. Together, we maintain a clean and respectful atmosphere, making our home a welcoming sanctuary for like-minded individuals. We are currently seeking two people to live in the two common rooms (one person per common room) starting 1 June 2024, as we renew our two-year rental contract.
