Old walk up in a heritage area - very complex multilayered quickly gentrifying neighbourhood- an increasing rarity in Singapore. Our neighbours come from all races and all across the socio economic spectrum - it’s very special. I have lived here for 7 years and nothing like it.

If you are looking for a condo- this might not be for you. Chye Seng Huat, Moonchild, Asylum are all a stumble away for your morning coffee.

There are two shared bathrooms. One small toilet next to the available room and a larger one we mostly use.

We keep the living room kampung style - open windows and fan but there are aircons in all rooms including the living room.

No silly restrictions. LGBTQ+ friendly. Small Pet friendly Cook as much as you would like
With Wifi / Aircon. No couples please. Cleaner comes once a week.

2 Housemates creative well travelled working female professionals in their late thirties. Hippies on the inside. If you work in Sustainability / Arts / Creative - this is a great spot. We both are self employed with flexible hours and one of us is travelling 50% of the time. I am an anthropologist and the other housemate is a pro bono lawyer

We are an eco household wherever possible. Primarily plant based cooking but not fully.
