Strathmore Avenue

Modern 3 bedroom HDB with spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities. Cooking and guests are allowed. The master room (the one for rent) is spacious and comes with its own attached toilet, there is a study table in the room as well. The room comes with a minimum 6-month stay requirement, followed by 2 months’ notice for leaving.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two working professionals. We like to hang out in the living room when we get time. Apartment bonding for us generally happens through movie nights, and dinners out. We strive to be global citizens and are open to all races, ethnicities, genders, and sexualities. No crazy discriminatory rules! Cooking and guests are allowed. Please clean up afterwards :) We are looking for someone who respects boundaries, is polite and hopes to live happily and peacefully together.
